Upholstered Chestpad

Some EasyPivots have molded chestpads and others have upholstery over foam chestpads. In most cases the upholstery over foam is much softer.

If the user requires the softness of upholstery over foam, these pads can be provided as an option to replace the standard molded chestpad.

Dual ("Split") Chestpad

For persons with a tracheotomy, the split chestpad offers a convenient space for the airway tubing to rest in during a transfer. This is also useful for persons who have had bypass surgery and are sensitive in the breastbone area.

The two halves can be adjusted laterally to enlarge or narrow the space.

This upholstered chestpad is downsized. It is the standard chestpad for the child's model (EP-80).

For very short persons or individuals with short torsos, it is helpful to replace the standard chestpad with this rectangular, soft foam, vinyl covered item.

The Old-Style Chestpad is similar to the standard chestpad design but does not have the chin cutout. It matches the chestpad offered with the EasyPivots sold during 1982 through 1990.

Many persons who are acclimated to the earlier chestpads request this style.
