Each EasyPivot is shipped with one thigh strap. Spare thigh straps are recommended - especially if incontinence is a concern. Thigh straps are available in several lengths and widths, as well as with or without synthetic polyester pile ("sheepskin") sewed as padding on one side of the strap.

Individuals with fragile skin have found the sheepskin-lined thigh strap to be helpful.
