We want you to be satisfied and comfortable with your purchase.

Try out your Saratoga exercise equipment for 15 days - starting from the day you receive it. If your Saratoga product is not accessible to you, simply call Rand-Scot directly at (800) 467-7967. Maybe we can cure the problem . . . maybe not. If we can't, we'll give you authorization to return the product. (The product must be returned in its original carton and packed securely with its original packing materials. You are responsible for return freight charges. Your refund will be processed after your Cycle arrives and is inspected at our factory.)

Saratoga Exercise Equipment Warranty

Rand-Scot warrants that Saratoga products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid to the original purchaser for one year from the date of the original sale. This warranty does not cover the effects of reasonable wear and tear or damage resulting from mishandling in transit, vandalism, misuse, abuse, alteration, accidents, or lack of reasonable care and maintenance.

No implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose shall extend beyond one year from the date of purchase. The liability of Rand-Scot under any such implied warranty and under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts within one year of purchase. The company shall not be liable for loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, or for any incidental or consequential damages.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
