via text chat, video, audio, and if necessary, we can continue our phone
conversation as well.

What you need:

Call or email us to schedule an appointment (usually we will be able
to conference with you immediately) We will either schedule immediately or
call you to arrange a good mutual time to conference. Enter the

NOTE: DO NOT POST MESSAGES IN THE TEXT AREA ON THE SITE
UNTIL WE ARE BOTH CONNECTED TO THE SITE - we cannot reply to messages posted
when we are not connected to the site as well |

Go to our Multimedia Communications Systems website by
clicking HERE

In the box that says "Your Name" type your own name |

In the box that says modem, click the arrow and select your
connection type |
|
Click the login button in the center |
|
You will see a Rand-Scot specialist in one of the squares
and if your speakers are adjusted properly, you will also hear them speaking
to you (make sure your speakers are on and the volume is set at a medium
level, to reduce echo- if you are hearing a bad echo, turn the volume of your
speakers down) |

To communicate with the specialist, type your questions
into the chat box at the bottom of the screen (prompted with "Hello") and then
click send |

IF YOU HAVE A WEBCAM: click on the area of the upper box
that says "Send audio/video", this will prompt you to allow World
Accessibility (via Flash) to access your camera/microphone, click "Allow" and
your camera should be activated (do not run any other webcam program during
this time) |

To finish the session, simply close the browser window |
